My belief is that the CROA Board is here to serve the interests of the community first and foremost!

As your CROA board member, I will bring the three C’s to the issues challenging our community… constructive, capable, and consensus minded solutions

  • Constructive – Focus on the problem and the solution. Block out the noise. Remember that we are all people, processes are imperfect, and there isn’t always a playbook for everything
  • Capable – We’re a complex HOA, but it is made up of discrete individual roles and processes. The complexity fades when you break it down into the component pieces. To get continuous improvement in our community we need focus on discrete areas and apply process excellence and execution
  • Consensus – The CROA Board is made up of 7 individuals. No majority, no minority, no “4” and no “3” – we succeed together, we learn together, we try to find consensus

A return to technological progress

Celebration was established with one of the community’s core values being a focus on technology and how it can make our lives better. As we move into the 30th year of this wonderful community we should lay the groundwork for the next 30 years!

Better Special Events Mangement

We need a plan to better manage the flow of traffic into our community on high traffic Holidays like Halloween and Christmas
